Hello! If you’re a provider who’s new to Integrity Compounding Pharmacy, we’d like to fill you in on what to expect when working with us:

What To Expect

Customer Service: Patients will receive a call to discuss their medication, determine delivery method, and collect payment within 24 business hours. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Patients will receive a completed universal claim form for insurance submission.

Convenient Medication Procurement: Integrity will ship all medications to patients free of charge in temperature-controlled packaging via FedEx or UPS. Patients may also pick up their prescriptions at our physical location.

Free Pharmacist Consultations: Pharmacist support is available for compounded formulation design, hormone replacement therapy, and general medication therapy to all of our Prescribers and Patients.

Account Representative: Your practice will have a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist Liaison available to keep your practice up to date with the latest prescribing trends and compounded medications and answer any questions

Quality Products: In addition to a fulltime compliance pharmacist, our facility is PCAB accredited. Integrity
Compounding Pharmacy is the first in the Southeast to receive the PCAB designation for Hazardous Drug Handling. Quality and Compliance are our priority!
